Your First Visit

Maple Springs Dental is dedicated to providing the highest level of dental care for your entire family in a relaxed, comfortable, and caring environment. Our team strongly believes in creating long-term relationships with each of our patients based on mutual trust, honesty, communication and respect. We are committed to creating a gentle, positive experience, as we understand some may feel uneasy about their dental visits.

What is Your First Visit All About?

It's all about you - your overall comfort and achieving your health goals.

What to Expect?

When you come in for a new patient cleaning, our hygienist will first review your medical and dental history. After addressing any concerns you may have, they will take x-rays, examine your teeth and gums, and clean and polish your teeth. The Doctor will then assess your oral health and discuss the best options for treatment. A written personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs and circumstances will be provided. The Treatment Financial Coordinator will review benefits and costs with you, and schedule any needed appointments.

What to Bring?

New patient forms are available on our website and can be printed off and completed at your convenience [Click Here to Download our New Patient Forms]. You may come in fifteen minutes prior to your appointment and complete the forms in our office, if you prefer.

As a courtesy, our Insurance Coordinator will verify your insurance benefits and prepare estimates prior to your arrival to reduce concern of unexpected fees. We ask you please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment to ensure we have your correct information.

Come Back and See Us for Routine Checkups!

The American Dental Association recommends regular six month hygiene visits to maintain the optimal dental health you deserve.
