Dr. Olsen began his dental career in 1985 in northern Utah. He completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University prior to receiving his degree of Doctorate of Dental Science from Northwestern University.

After visiting his sister in Davidson, he fell in love with the area. He thought this would be a great place to start a new practice. So, in 2005, he and his lovely wife, Missy moved to Huntersville to begin another chapter of their life.

He is an active member of The American Dental Association and The North Carolina Dental Association. His membership in these organizations, as well as his completion of several advanced cosmetic dentistry courses, has allowed him to remain current on the most beneficial and cutting edge dental treatments.

Dr. Olsen is well known by his patients for being a kind and considerate dentist. He cares for them with respect for their individual needs and concerns. Throughout his 25 years in the dental field, Dr. Olsen has developed a reputation for paying close attention to detail and providing patients with the highest quality care. His gentle and calm disposition ensures patients have an excellent experience when they visit the dental office.

Dr. Natalie Morrow, DDS joined the Maple Springs Dental team in 2026. Dr. Morrow attended Virginia Tech where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Morrow is originally from Northern Virginia. She was drawn to Charlotte, North Carolina by the nice weather and friendly community. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys staying active through weightlifting and running. She also enjoys cooking, baking and trying new restaurants.

Dr. Morrow is an active member of the American Dental Society, the North Carolina Dental Society, and District 2 Dental Society. She is passionate about patient education and preventative care. She values personalized care and focuses on making sure each treatment plan is curated to the individual patient and their specific wants and needs. Her patient-centered approach focuses on building trust, providing clear communication, and ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their dental experience.

Dr. Patel was born and raised in Michigan alongside his three siblings. His parents immigrated to the United States from India to seek a better life for their children. His father and uncle partnered together in a chemical materials company supplying the Detroit auto industry for many years.

From a very young age Dr. Patel's own general dentist made a very positive impression on his life, influencing him to become interested in dentistry. Dr. Patel received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from The Ohio State University and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor. As one of the Top 5 Dental Schools in the country, while there Dr. Patel received excellent training and instruction on the most cutting edge technology available in the field. After dental school, Dr. Patel practiced in Arizona for several years as a general dentist in a nonprofit dental facility where he provided care to the underserved population. It was also in Arizona where Dr. Patel met his wife Jennifer, a Pennsylvania native, who was finishing her graduate work as a speech language pathologist. They were married in May of 2014 and had their first child, Asher in September of 2015. Dr. Patel is an avid sports enthusiast and Buckeye football fan. In their free time they enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors with their two dogs as well as having an appreciation for various culinary cuisines.

They relocated to North Carolina where Dr. Patel was offered a leadership role at a nonprofit clinic in Hendersonville. In 2016 he transitioned into Foothills Family Dentistry in Morganton. In 2020 Dr. Patel joined the team at Maple Springs Dental where he continues to care deeply for his patients and enjoys getting to know each one individually.
